Tapeosaurus is an enormous dinosaur that could have made a tornado, but it should be the biggest of all dinosaurs. It is bigger than Ultrasaurus, Giganotosaurus, and Tyrannosaurus. And it's the biggest of all. It could make a tornado bigger than this, Done, done and the end.
Note that the theory that sufficiently large dinosaurs can affect the weather is controversial, and is not accepted by all paleontologists or paleoclimatologists. However, Dr. Ellery is confident that his forthcoming monograph on large dinosaurs will be a breakthrough in the field.
